Thomas is the Data Analytics Leader at Decision Point Advisors, bringing over 30 years of experience in data analysis, database management, and technical programming. He specializes in helping organizations transform data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, continuous monitoring, and scalable analytics solutions.

Previously, Thomas was with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he helped establish the Procurement Enterprise Compliance group and played a key role in developing the organization’s global fraud monitoring program. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Application Designer at ACL Services (now Diligent), he led the development of Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) applications and best practices for ACL implementation. Thomas holds both the ACL Certified Data Analyst (ACDA) and Certified CCM Implementation Specialist (ACCIS) designations.
